The Opportunity We’re looking for passionate and customer‑focused Customer Service Officers to join our team on a permanent basis at our Gemini Mitchell location. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs. Training will be provided. Permanent Position Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Training provided Role Responsibilities: Ensure a welcoming and customer‑friendly environment Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience Manage phone and email correspondence Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs How to Apply: Ready to join a supportive and thriving team?
