As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programs. Embedded within the client program team you’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Governance & Process Support: Guide projects through established governance frameworks, systems and processes. Project Planning: Contribute to the development of detailed project plans and schedules. Stakeholder Communication: Manage the flow of information across teams and stakeholders through meetings and written updates. Benefits Management: Ensure project activities align with intended benefits, tracking realisation and reporting progress to stakeholders. Project Reporting: Collate data and produce structured monthly reports for Program Controls and Executive Leadership. Client Integration: Operate within the client program team reporting to the Commission Manager. Qualifications Relevant Experience: 25 years in project or construction management, ideally in infrastructure. Professional Qualifications: Degree in construction engineering, project management, architecture, IT or equivalent. Lifecycle Knowledge: Understanding of the full project lifecycle from conception to post‑completion review. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, techniques and reporting systems. Client‑Focused: Experience working in client‑facing roles, ideally within the Australian market. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with confidence in presenting. Team Player: Able to work independently or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
