We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, industry‑experienced trainer to support the development of our next generation of business leaders and managers. Be part of a supportive, professional team in our Brisbane CBD campus Teach both local and international students Deliver high‑quality qualifications with strong industry relevance Enjoy steady part‑time work with room for career progression Influence the future of business and leadership education What You’ll Do Deliver and assess the following qualifications: BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management BSB50120 Diploma of Business BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management Your responsibilities include: Training and assessing students face‑to‑face and online when required Delivering engaging lessons, workshops, and real‑world case studies Coaching and mentoring students to support their academic success Maintaining a professional and organised learning environment Managing basic student administration, LMS entries, and progress tracking Ensuring compliance with ASQA and RTO standards at all times What We’re Looking For TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Vocational competency in the relevant qualifications Ideally 5+ years’ experience as a VET Trainer & Assessor Ideally 5+ years’ industry experience in business, leadership, or management Strong knowledge of ASQA , RTO standards, and compliance requirements Experience with LMS and SMS platforms Excellent communication, digital, and administrative skills Experience teaching international students (highly regarded) Permanent Part-Time (Hourly Paid) Approx. 10–20 hours per week to start Competitive hourly rate + super , based on experience Additional hours available as enrolments grow Opportunity to transition to full‑time when the college expands Make an Impact, Grow Your Career Make an Impact, Grow Your Career – At AICBT, your teaching goes beyond the classroom—you’ll shape the future of aspiring business leaders while growing your own career in a vibrant, expanding institution.
