Our client, based in Kooragang Island, is currently seeking an experienced MR Driver to join their team for multi-drop LPG gas cylinder deliveries. Working closely with the site manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of products to both domestic and commercial customers across the Newcastle and Hunter regions. Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload LPG cylinder trucks at the terminal and delivery sites Complete scheduled daily delivery runs accurately and on time Carry out regular vehicle checks and complete required documentation Report any site installation defects or hazards in line with company procedures Engage in safety initiatives including toolbox talks, audits, and emergency drills Perform repetitive manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Work independently with a professional and positive attitude Skills & Experience Required Current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar driving role Sound knowledge of the Newcastle, Port Stephens, and Hunter Valley regions Strong verbal and written communication skills A solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices Ability to work autonomously and take initiative Dangerous Goods licence or experience (highly regarded) What's On Offer Competitive hourly rate + penalties Overtime opportunities available Full uniform and training provided Supportive team environment About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
