Commercial Print Manager

What's the role? Are you a natural relationship‑builder with a strong drive to win new business? We’re looking for a proactive and resilient Manager, Commercial Print to help grow our commercial print revenue nationally. In this role, you’ll work closely with Print Production teams across the country to exceed revenue targets, build strong customer relationships, and uncover new market opportunities. If you love sales, thrive on challenge, and aren’t afraid of hearing “no,” this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Turn leads into qualified opportunities and manage the full sales cycle Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable print solutions Prepare accurate quotes and proposals Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting Stay across market trends and competitor activity Who are you?
