Sales Support Coordinator

Project Windows & Doors is a Wendouree based manufacturer and supplier of high performance UPVC windows and doors to the building industry. Utilizing industry leading machinery and equipment, our modern factory is capable of producing high quality products and the business is positioned for rapid growth. We are seeking to expand our team with an experienced Full Time Sales Support Coordinator. The key responsibilities of this position are to determine customer requirement and prepare quotations for residential building projects in support of business development team. This role is customer and sales focused and is an important part of driving targeted sales growth and meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Tasks & Responsibilities Read, analyse plans and drawings and prepare quotation documentation. Prepare and process documentation in an efficient and accurate manner. Accuracy in checking plans and costing amounts from Ezy-quote staff and assist to train and mentor contract staff. Manage time constraints in the preparation of quotes. Consult with colleagues and senior staff to resolve issues affecting the cost effectiveness of quotation submissions. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, site managers and subcontractors to discuss and resolve issues. Liaise with Production Scheduler and support staff. Co-ordinated follow up of quotes and customer enquiry. Answer incoming calls and resolve or escalade customer service issues. Maintain relationships with selected key accounts contacts. Assist in showroom with general enquiries and in particular support of builder clients with product selection and upgrades. Must have a sound knowledge of the construction industry. Quotation experience in a related field a definite advantage. Experience within a building construction environment or building supply or manufacturing business ideal. Customer interactionand communication skills. Sound verbal and written communications skills and possess sound Microsoft Office skills. Well presented & a Team player.
