Housing Services Manager (Head of Tenancy & Asset Services) $150 - 170,000 per annum + super + salary packaging Housing & Asset Services Manager, Community Housing | Senior Leadership Role | Inner Sydney | Hybrid options available Are you an experienced housing leader ready to step into a role that bridges day-to-day operations with executive-level strategy? This senior leadership role oversees both housing services and asset management, with responsibility for delivering high-quality tenancy outcomes while ensuring the effective stewardship of a growing property portfolio. Working closely with the executive team, you will lead a small, multi-disciplinary team across tenancy and asset functions, strengthen compliance and governance, and support the organisation’s next phase of sustainable growth. The role You will: Lead tenancy and asset management operations across a diverse housing portfolio Translate strategic priorities into effective, on-the-ground delivery Drive compliance, quality, and continuous improvement under the NRSCH Manage budgets, performance, and operational risk Build capability, accountability, and well-being within the team Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support tenant and organisational outcomes About you You are a confident, collaborative leader who can move comfortably between operational detail and strategic planning.
