As our Marketing Specialist - Adviser, you’ll deliver adviserfocused marketing initiatives that drive brand and product consideration, acquisition, share of wallet, and retention outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in content marketing, socials, and the development and uplift of our LinkedIn presence, ensuring adviser audiences receive compelling, consistent and insightled content across channels. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships and deep business understanding to design and execute effective, compliant, multichannel adviser marketing. Day To Day, You’ll Drive marketing initiatives across the full adviser journey, from onboarding and activation to engagement and retention. Manage daytoday adviser stakeholder relationships to develop and run endtoend multichannel programs that move Advice business outcomes. Partner with the Adviser business to build consolidated marketing plans across all channels. Lead endtoend campaign management, collaborating with Marketing & Digital colleagues to ensure seamless delivery. Own performance measurement and reporting so Marketing can demonstrate impact on key business outcomes. Manage creative and media agencies to meet adviser marketing requirements and get the best work. Champion compliance and legislative processes and procedures. Identify new opportunities to build brand awareness and acquisition with advisers e.g., targeted media and trade publication partnerships. Implement effective advertising and content marketing that clearly positions ART’s investment capability, retirement solutions, and adviser service proposition. Align all initiatives with Members’ Best Financial Interests. Pitch in with any other duties as the work requires. This role is a permanent opportunity. Location Ideally the successful candidate will be based in Sydney, but we would be happy to consider candidates in Melbourne and Brisbane too. About You It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Digital or a related field, or you’ve gained equivalent experience along the way. You have proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the wealth category or broader financial services. You have proven experience in content marketing, planning, creating and publishing engaging content across multiple channels. You have handson experience managing social media platforms (organic and paid), including building content calendars, posting, community moderation and reporting on performance. You’re experienced in leading endtoend, multichannel B2B campaigns that deliver results. You have a strong understanding of business objectives, and you’re experienced in driving commercial outcomes. You’re skilled at managing internal stakeholders and aligning groups toward shared goals. You communicate clearly and confidently, with strong written and verbal skills.
