Student Experience Coordinator (Events Coordinator) Location: Melbourne CBD Employment: Full‑time Who we are Scape’s vision is to be the Earth’s best living company. The role We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Student Event Coordinator to join a team of successful legends. In this role you will fill our monthly event calendar with enjoyable and fulfilling events, and be the first point of contact for our Student Ambassador team to mentor and continuously develop their skills. This is an exciting and varied role. Key responsibilities include: Prepare monthly engagement reports. Create engaging content for our events and activities on social media. Brainstorm exciting new events for the months ahead. Escalate, manage and resolve incidents. Provide leadership to our student ambassadors and be a real team player. Update attendance trackers and contribute to strategy. The ideal candidate You will be a passionate and motivated team member with a desire for success. Desired skills, attributes, and experience: Degree qualified with at least 2 years of experience in customer service/event management. Demonstrated empathy with students and young adults, and knowledge of the challenges they face. Leadership and supervisory experience and skills. Ability to document and communicate information accurately, clearly, and timely. A focus on service and quality with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
