M365 Security Architecture Specialist

Support a strategic transformation project by embedding world‑class security into a high‑assurance Microsoft 365 platform. As the M365 Security Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing security controls across M365 services including Purview, Entra ID, and the Defender Suite. Your role will ensure the platform is secure by design, compliant with Defence standards, and scalable for partner collaboration and external access. Key Duties Implement and manage advanced security controls across Microsoft 365 services (Purview, Entra ID, Defender Suite) Develop and maintain policies including RBAC, conditional access, and identity lifecycle management Conduct security assessments, support risk analysis, and respond to security incidents Provide guidance on secure onboarding of users and partners, including B2B collaboration and external identities Key Criteria In‑depth experience with Microsoft 365 security tools such as Purview, Defender Suite, and Entra ID Strong background in identity and access management including PIM, conditional access, and hybrid identity models Knowledge of security compliance tools and features such as DLP, sensitivity labels, records management, and eDiscovery Demonstrated experience with policy governance, access reviews, and guest lifecycle management How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
