On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria we are looking for a Sous Chef (m/f/d)
What You Bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a chef
- Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
- Enjoyment of working with fresh products
- Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
- Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion, and joy in the profession
- German, English or Italian language
Your Duties:
- Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
- Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
- Good collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
- Production and preparation of fresh dishes
- Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design
