GESTALTEN SIE IHRE ZUKUNFT MIT UNSIHRE AUFGABEN- Eigenverantwortliche Kundenbetreuung von der Musterlegung über Begleitung zur Serienfreigabe bis zur Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Innerbetriebliche Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Entwicklung & Produktion
- Mitarbeit bei gruppenweiten QM-Projekten
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Verbesserungsprozess (Datenanalysen, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Q-Zirkeln, Ursachenanalysen & Risikomanagementaktivitäten, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung einleiten und überwachen)
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Auditteam
- Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vgl. HTL-Niveau bzw. FH-Abschluss (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatroniker oder vgl.)
- Kenntnisse der branchenspezifischen Forderungen der OEM Automobilindustrie sowie im Qualitätsmanagement erforderlich
- Idealerweise Zusatzausbildung im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements (Q-Assistent, interner Auditor, 8D-Report, Risikoanalysemethoden wie z.B. FMEA)
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung bzw. in der Führung von Projektteams wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CAQ-Programmen
- Engagement, Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an der Einbringung und Umsetzung eigener Ideen
- Sehr gute Englisch- und MS Office-Kenntnisse

Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer
Vollzeitbeschäftigung brutto 3.800 EURO. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung erfolgt eine entsprechende gehaltliche Anpassung in Kombination mit attraktiven Sozialleistungen.
