Senior Manager Corporate Tax

Ihre Aufgaben
Betreuung aller steuerlichen Gruppen- und Gesellschaftsthemen mit Schwerpunkt auf Deutschland und Österreich sowie die Unterstützung der internationalen Standorte in Luxemburg, Frankreich und Belgien Erster Ansprechpartner in sämtlichen steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen mit besonderem Fokus auf Gewerbesteuern, Ertragssteuern, Umsatzsteuern, Bauabzugssteuern und Transferpreisthemen Zeitgerechte und umfassende Erstellung der deutschen und österreichischen Steuererklärungen im Bereich Körperschaft- und Gewerbesteuer, Erarbeitung von steuerlichen Gestaltungspotenzialen sowie Erstellung des Steuerreportings und -controllings und der Steuerberechnungen für die Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse Entwicklung der Tax-Compliance-Struktur der Gruppe und der betreuten Gesellschaften durch die strukturierte Gestaltung, Dokumentation und Anpassung von Prozessen, der Implementierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Abläufen sowie der Durchführung von Schulungen für deutsche und österreichische Steuerfragen im operativen Business Hauptansprechperson der Finanzverwaltungen in Deutschland und Österreich zu allen Auskünften, Steuererklärungen, Vorauszahlungen oder ähnlichem inkl. der Unterstützung der internen und externen Betriebsprüfer

Unser Anforderungsprofil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL oder VWL mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder der Rechtswissenschaften mit ähnlicher Fokussierung sowie Steuerberaterexamen erforderlich Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich Steuern eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- / Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Praxisbewährte Kenntnisse in latenten Steuern und/oder Erfahrung im Bausektor von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, damit verbunden Spaß an der länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit im Team International sicher agierender Teamplayer mit hohe intrinsischer Motivation, spürbare Begeisterung für die Themen Steuern und Steuerentwicklung verbunden mit einem gesunden Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen-
