Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Als PA & PR Manager:in unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsführung bei der Vertretung der Unternehmensinteressen gegenüber der Regierung und anderen politischen Institutionen sowie bei der strategischen Kommunikation, wo Sie die Aktivitäten im Bereich Public Affairs unseres Kunden repräsentieren.
  • Sie sind laufend in Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team in Bezug auf Medien-Arbeit sowie CEO Positioning.
  • Außerdem arbeiten Sie eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen – u.a. Public Affairs Agentur, Public Relations Agentur, Medien und Partnergesellschaften im Ausland.
  • Weiters sind die Schlüsselperson für die allgemeine PR-Arbeit des Unternehmens mit dem Ziel, die Bekanntheit von steuerlichen Rahmenbedingungen in Österreich als auch die des Unternehmens zu erhöhen. Den Schwerpunkt bilden die Steuergesetzgebung, Vorschriften von Zahlungsdiensten, Geldwäscheprävention etc.
  • Abschließend sind Sie für die Betreuung und Koordination von steuerrechtlichen Fragen im Unternehmen verantwortlich, sofern relevant für die Produkte des Unternehmens, und stimmen sich mit externen Steuerrechtsexperten ab.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Wir wenden uns an Personen mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Politik-, Rechts-, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder anderen ähnlichen Bereichen (z.B. auch Volkswirtschaftslehre). Kenntnisse des Gesetzgebungs- und Politikprozesses auf nationaler Ebene sind erforderlich sowie die Verfolgung der aktuellen Geschehnisse in Politik, Wirtschaft und Medien.
  • Zudem haben Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer relevanten Position gesammelt, idealerweise im Public Affairs / Public Relations Bereich (Corporate oder in Agenturen) oder in einer Interessensvertretung bzw. im politischen Umfeld.
  • Durch Ihr langjähriges Know-How konnten Sie bereits ein breites Netzwerk bei relevanten Stakeholdern und/oder Erfahrung auf dem "politischen Parkett" sammeln.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskompetenzen sind ebenso erforderlich, weitere Sprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Ihr Profil wird durch Ihr souveränes Auftreten, Ihre hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit, Ihre Belastbarkeit, Ihre Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation, Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ihre rasche Auffassungsgabe abgerundet.
