The ICAAP team within the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) division ensures group-wide risk portfolio steering based on a holistic, cross-risk oversight covering entities in CEE as well as in Austria. We support Erste Group’s management with a robust framework to ensure that the bank has the capacity to bear its acquired risks, with special focus on limits and capital adequacy. We also ensure that new emerging risk types (such as ESG risks) are reflected in the overall risk framework.
Your Tasks
Conduct necessary analysis on key drivers of risk profile development and coordinate the inputs from several entities and make necessary reconciliations Assist the team in preparing the reports for the regulator as well as the senior management for day-to-day decision making Actively participate in further digital transformation of analytical ICAAP tools, as well as in the technical reconciliation of ICAAP products, ensuring swift data-driven processes Support the adequate maintenance of the required internal and regulatory documentation framework
Your Background
Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in business & economics or quantitative sciences Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and / or good commands in programming languages for advanced data analytics and modelling (such as Tableau, Python, R, SAS) Willing to learn and good analytical, administrative, communication and presentation skills Flexible and able to work independently, but also act as a team player
