Details of the Volunteers for International Experience (VIE) program:

Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between  18 and 28 years A VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the candidate's nationality Never have worked in Austria Assignment lasts from  12 to 24 months , renewable once within a cumulative limit of 24 months Compensation (non-taxable) linked to the cost of living index and set by Business France:  2 823,12 €  per month in Austria (update 1st of April 2024) Set up by public sector statute in France, managed by the Business France organization International social protection is extended to eligible parties days of holiday per month

Your Role:

Support of the local HR team in the day-to-day operational tasks Monitor and coordinate local HR initiatives Support with the follow-up of recruitment activities to ensure the internal processes Ensure the HR onboarding process of new employees Coordination and implementation of training measures Support the employer branding activities Development of HR internal communication Ensure that all policies and rules are followed Support the improvement of processes

Missions can evolve according to the needs during the contract.

Competencies & Skills:

University Degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy Some experience as a HR Generalist covering all areas of HR management practice Basic understanding of HR Controlling aspects Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Fluent in English and willingness to learn German (knowledge of German is desirable) Ability to manage time effectively and good organizational skills Good communication skills and interpersonal skills Positive and proactive attitude Preference/willingness to collaborate with various people in an international environment

Ideally, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible (June, July or September).
