Wir sind das Call Center der Erste Bank und Sparkassen, das Kompetenzzentrum für Kundenkontakte aller Art. Ob per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat – unsere Leistungen reichen vom professionellen 24h-Service bis zum lösungsorientierten Helpdesk Support.

Das Team Workforce und Performance Management verantwortet umfassend alle Prozesse und Tools im Zusammenhang mit der Tagessteuerung des Call Centers. Personaleinsatzplanung, Zeitdatenmanagement aller Agents sowie die konzeptionelle Planung. Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Routingstrategie sowie das Performance Management runden unser Aufgabenportfolio ab. Im Solution Management werden alle vom Team Workforce und Performance Management eingesetzten Systeme fachlich verantwortet. Hierzu gehört die Sicherstellung des laufendes Betriebs, das Anforderungsmanagement und die Weiterentwicklung der Tools.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Solution Manager:in übernimmst Du das Business Ownership für unsere Systeme für Personaleinsatzplanung, Zeitdaten- sowie Learning Management Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für den laufenden Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Tools Als Ansprechpartner:in für alle internen und externen Stakeholder:innen formulierst Du die Anforderungen an die Entwickler:innen unserer Applikationen Im Solution Management bist Du für das Abnahmemanagement aller Updates unserer Systeme verantwortlich Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Priorisierung von Weiterentwicklungen nach Businessrelevanz und Kosten (Roadmap-Planung)

Du verfügst über technische Expertise und hast Interesse daran, Dein Wissen laufend zu erweitern und am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben Du bringst ein hohes Verständnis für systemtechnische Abläufe und deren Abhängigkeiten mit Kundenbedürfnisse stehen bei Dir im Mittelpunkt Deiner Überlegungen und Du hast Freude daran, optimale Lösungen zu bieten Du kommunizierst auf Expertenlevel - ein ausgezeichneter Umgang mit Stakeholder:innen aus allen Ebenen zeichnet Dich aus Eigenständiges Arbeiten und eine ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität kennzeichnen Deine Arbeitsweise
