Digital Growth Manager

Um unser Wachstum zu beschleunigen und unser Panel zu erweitern, suchen wir einen talentierten und motivierten Digital Growth Manager mit Schwerpunkt auf Affiliate-Marketing, Google und Facebook Ads sowie Kundengewinnung.
Deine Aufgaben- Strategische Planung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien zur Steigerung der Teilnehmerzahlen in unserem Marktforschungspanel.
- Affiliate-Marketing: Aufbau und Pflege eines leistungsstarken Affiliate-Programms, einschließlich der Rekrutierung neuer Affiliate-Partner und der Optimierung bestehender Partnerschaften.
- Kampagnenmanagement: Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen auf Google und Facebook, um die Kundengewinnung zu maximieren.
- Datenanalyse: Nutzung von Analysetools zur Überwachung und Analyse der Performance von Affiliate- und Paid-Advertising-Kampagnen; Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
- Budgetmanagement: Überwachung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets, einschließlich der Kosten für Affiliate-Provisionen und Paid Ads.
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Digital Growth Management, vorzugsweise im Bereich Affiliate-Marketing und Paid Advertising (Google und Facebook).
- Fachkenntnisse: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Affiliate-Marketing, inklusive Partnerakquise und -management, sowie Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Google- und Facebook-Werbekampagnen.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Starkes analytisches Denken und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analysetools (z.B. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.
- Technisches Verständnis: Verständnis für die technischen Aspekte von Affiliate-Tracking und Paid Advertising Plattformen.
- Projektmanagement: Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen.
- Kreativität: Fähigkeit, kreative Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln, um neue Teilnehmer für unser Marktforschungspanel zu gewinnen.
