WAS SIE ERWARTET
zentraler Ansprechpartner für wettbewerbsrechtliche Fragen in Österreich und mehr als 15 Jurisdiktionen Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen sowie Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen Begleitung und Koordinierung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten inhouse sowie externer Anwälte (insbesondere in CEE) Analyse und Bewertung rechtlicher Risiken und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsempfehlungen Eigenständige Betreuung von jurisdiktionsübergreifenden Projekten Prüfung von Rechtsfragen und Rechtsberatung unserer Fachabteilungen (insbesondere Marketing, Einkauf) in allen RechtsbereichenWAS SIE MITBRINGEN
abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium mindestens 4 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder als Inhouse-Jurist mit Fokus auf Wettbewerbs- und Immaterialgüterrecht sowie Erfahrung im allgemeinen Vertragsrecht und Gesellschafts- und Unternehmensrecht Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil Ausgezeichneter schriftlicher Ausdruck und Verhandlungsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (Rechtssprache) lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft und soziale KompetenzWAS WIR BIETEN
