Your tasks include 

Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service process in our bars Planning and implementing new concepts, as well as creating the bar menu in coordination with our Assistant Bars Manager and Beverage Manager Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the bar area Carrying out inventories Providing professional advice to our guests Guest care and handling of complaints Independently managing a shift in the absence of the Assistant Bars Manager

Your qualifications: 

Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification Experience in the bar area of the upscale catering or hotel industry, as well as in managing a shift Great interest in drinks, wine and cocktail knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage Absolute service orientation, high reliability and a careful way of working
