IT Vendor Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
Manages or performs work associated with obtaining information technology related goods/services required by the organization including:
IT Product/Service Sourcing, IT Vendor Selection & Contract Administration Define and negotiate contract terms (, system standards, service level agreements, etc.) Manage functional Strategy, Risks and Designs Establish IT Vendor Governance Provide a segmentation for all vendors Develop and Manage vendor talents Ensure and steer favorable pricing and develop KPIs for vendor selection Close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture Group Measure and report functional performance of all vendors Manage the IT Pricing process Support and oversee all activities associated with the IT Budget Track, analyze and optimize historical and future budget projections Ad-hoc responsibilities that support the department’s financial strategy, including benchmarking, reporting and analysis Support various activities, including year-end closing and internal recharging Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, ensuring they align with the agreed-upon pricing, quantities, and terms defined in purchase orders and contracts
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar education Profound know-how in the areas of license management and IT contracts Technical understanding of IT technologies Financial Background Relevant work experience in the field of IT purchasing, IT Service or license management Excellent English and German skills Analytical capabilities High level of flexibilityBenefits
