Dein Beitrag:
Als Produktmanager (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Softwarekomponenten rund um die Erzeugung, Verwaltung und Kommunikation klinischer Dokumente. Dazu gehört auch der Austausch von Dokumenten mit Subsystemen, nationalen Krankenakten und anderen Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Du entwickelst dafür das bestehende toolbasierte Framework weiter, um benutzergerecht konfigurierbare Lösungen zu erreichen. Du definierst die fachlichen, gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen, priorisierst das Product Backlog in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich und erstellst die Product-Roadmap. Die von Dir erstellten Epics und Fachkonzepte setzt Du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren UX-Expertinnen und -Experten und den agilen Entwicklungsteams um. Du präsentierst die erreichten Entwicklungsergebnisse den internen und externen Interessengruppen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du den Vertrieb im Verkaufsprozess mit Unterlagen und Präsentationen auf Veranstaltungen sowie die Beratung in der Konfiguration und in Einführungsprojekten bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden.Das bringst Du mit:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Konfiguration oder Support von Standardprodukten in der Healthcare-IT, idealerweise Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und im Anforderungsmanagement Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in der IT, z.B. Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d), Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.Ä. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in technische Zusammenhänge der verantworteten Softwarekomponenten, Domänen-Knowhow im Krankenhausbetrieb, medizinische Dokumentation, Interoperabilität oder verwandten Bereichen Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte & eigenständige ArbeitsweiseDas kannst Du von uns erwarten:
