• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance for deskside issues, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software problems.
• Lead and mentor junior support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting professional development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and implement technology projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
• Document and maintain detailed records of support activities, solutions, and best practices to enhance knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service and support to end-users.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
