The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Housekeeping Supervisor

In this role, you work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and contribute with your hands-on mentality to the continuous implementation and improvement of our housekeeping standards.
 


Your tasks:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments Coordination of various projects

Your Competencies:

professional experience in thehospitality industry Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar position Independent working methods and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) OPERA knowledge is advantageous High operational readiness, flexibility and reliability
