Supplier Quality Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
By creating supplier management data, you provide an important basis for the evaluation of our suppliers.
You proactively shape supplier development with regard to product, process and cost optimisation.
As part of the product development process, you will support advance quality planning (QVP/APQP).
In your role, you will act as a technical link between suppliers and internal functions such as process engineering, quality, R&D and project purchasing.
Step by step, you will carry out process and procedure audits at our international suppliers.
Qualifications:
You have a technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) as well as practical experience in quality management or technical purchasing.
Ideally, you have gained industry experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of VDA 6.3 auditing and common tools such as PPAP, FMEA, SAP, Six Sigma etc. is an advantage.
You enjoy working independently and are characterised by your confident manner and strong communication skills.
You also have an excellent command of German and English.
Business trips of around 10% are a welcome change for you.
