- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Steuerstrategien zur Optimierung der Steuerlast des Unternehmens
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Steuererklärungen (Körperschaftsteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Lohnsteuer, etc.)
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Finanzen, Buchhaltung und Recht
- Erstellung von Steuerberichten und -analysen für das Management
- Durchführung von steuerlichen Due Diligence-Prüfungen bei Unternehmensakquisitionen und -fusionen
- Management von internationalen Steuerfragen und Verrechnungspreisen
- Koordination mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Budgetierung und Prognose von Steuerausgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von ERP-Systemen und anderen steuerlichen IT-Lösungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder Steuerrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Steuern, idealerweise im internationales Umfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie professionelles Auftreten
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise, TeamplayerIn, Interesse an Weiterbildung
- Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 65.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
