Bei dieser neu geschaffenen Position, berichtend an den Group Head of HR der Unternehmensgruppe von ATP architekten ingenieure verantwortest du die Gestaltung & Umsetzung der internen Kommunikationsstrategie sowie Informationsarchitektur des Konzerns, die darauf abzielt, die gemeinsame Vision und ATP Leitbild zu fördern und damit den kulturellen Kernwert der Zusammenarbeit zu stärken.

Durch die Auswahl bzw. Management geeigneter Tools, Kommunikationskanälen und Verstärkungsmöglichkeiten strebst du eine effektive Kommunikation, Austausch & gelebte Zusammenarbeit im Sinne des ATP Leitbilds an, die die Mitarbeiter:innen dazu befähigt, die Unternehmensziele zu verstehen und ihren Beitrag zur Erreichung dieser Ziele zu leisten.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie & Ausrichtung für die interne Kommunikation. 
  • Gestalte die Zukunft unseres Intranets: Ersetze unser bestehende Plattform durch ein fortschrittliches Microsoft SharePoint-basiertes System für den gesamten Konzern.
  • Verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, den operativen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Plattformen zur internen Kommunikation – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT Holding und externen Consultants.
  • Steuern interner Kommunikation und Change-Prozesse: Aktive Lenkung der internen Kommunikation und Begleitung von Change-Prozessen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit internen Kommunikationsmanager:innen an den verschiedenen Standorten der Unternehmensgruppe; Coaching und Sparring des Top-Managements bei Fragen rund um Change-Management, interne Kommunikation & Unternehmenskultur.

Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Digital Communications oder einem verwandten Bereich – wir sind hier offen und schätzen vielfältige Bildungswege.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internen Kommunikation/Begleitung von Change Prozessen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kommunikationsstrategien.
  • IT-Affinität und Wohlfühlen im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Kenntnisse in Microsoft Sharepoint / VIVA von Vorteil)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ tätig zu sein 
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
