The Group ESG Office is responsible for developing group wide strategic initiatives in the area of sustainability. We need support on developing ideas, key metrices and support of coordination within Erste Group as well as support in the realization/implementation of these ideas.

Your Tasks

A special task given to the Group ESG office is the reporting and analysis of the group wide carbon footprint – support is needed to prepare the data-collection, data analytics in the area of operational activities, including analysis of energy efficiency data in various parts and countries of Erste Group’s operations Research on current ESG trends in the financial sector and preparation of management information materials and presentations Support the colleagues of Group ESG Office by taking over routine-work and monitoring tasks Work independent on subjects in the area of sustainability

Your Background

​​​​​​​Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a business, financial or ecology/ sustainability focus and interested in sustainability also outside your University studies Analyzing data needed to make reports on all kinds of non-financial information, being well structured, detailed and solution oriented Responsible attitude with the ability to take pro-active initiative while acting in a most reliable and structured manner at the same time Fluency in English and German language as well as having skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Excel on an advanced level

Our Offer

Exciting and challenging part-time internship for 12 months (19,25h/week) or full-time internship for 6 months (38,5h/week) as of September 2024 Support of your professional and personal development We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and of Erste Group We consider the diversity of our employees as key to innovation and success.
