Job Description

Join our mission to revolutionize observability with answer-driven automation powered by the Dynatrace AutomationEngine. Our advanced Workflow Automation Platform empowers organizations to overcome cloud management challenges, unlock the full potential of their cloud strategy, and reduce manual effort by putting answers into action.

This role is key to advancing our core automation capabilities by developing new features and improvements using Python, React, and TypeScript.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain features of our core automation platformWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebaseEnsure high performance and reliability for our full stack applications by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issuesIntensive cooperation with local and international development teams

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have)Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experienceStrong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architectureTeam player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized, and visionaryFamiliar with working in an agile environmentGood English communicationExperience with building workflow automation systems is a plus

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
