Aufgaben:

Planung und Absprache der Projektanforderungen mit den Projektsponsoren Verwaltung und Identifikation von Risiken in Bezug auf die Projektziele Dokumentation von Entscheidungen, Abläufen und Artefakten im Projekt Verfassen von Berichten zu Projektfortschritt und Auswirkungen auf das Projektportfolio Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der eigenen sowie internen Projektmanagementtechniken und -verfahren Begleitung von Change-Prozessen und eigenständige Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

Anforderungen:

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem, technischem oder Projektmanagementbezug Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bankensektor bzw. banknahen Beratungsumfeld und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von komplexen, bereichsübergreifenden Projekten Zertifizierung (z.B. IPMA, PMP) sowie Kenntnisse agiler Vorgehensweisen, Methoden und Frameworks (Serum, Kanban, SAFe) von Vorteil Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse Kenntnisse von MS Office, MS Project, Jira Confluence sowie Azure DevOps Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit vielen unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Fähigkeit zur Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte in einfacher und leicht verständlicher Form Ergebnisorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie hoher Grad an Engagement und Eigenverantwortung
