  • Mithilfe bei der Neuentwicklung und Weiterentwicklung aller operativen eCommerce Abläufe in den eCommerce Auslieferstätten (FFCs), Weiterentwicklung der Backend Business Prozesse, Supply Chain und Mithilfe bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme
  • Überprüfung, Standardisierung und Optimierung der Abläufe in den eCommerce Auslieferstätten (FFCs) hinsichtlich Lean Management und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Dokumentation der Prozess-Strukturen und Prozess Optimierung im Bereich Supply Chain, Kommissionierung und entsprechende IT Backend Systeme zur Erreichung von maximaler Kosteneffizienz
  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung von neuen innovativen Prozessen und Backend-Lösungen zur Erweiterung von Geschäftsfeldern
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Kühlsystemen sowie Transportsteigen. Sowie direkter Kontakt zu diversen Lieferanten inkl. Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung
  • Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung von neuen Projekten, inklusive Omni-Channel Projekte
  • Marktanalyse und Konkurrenzanalyse
  • Monitoring und regelmäßige Analyse sowie Berichterstattung von relevanten operativen Kennzahlen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Team und dem stationären Vertrieb um reibungslose Bestell- und Auslieferungsabläufe zu gewährleisten

Qualifikationen

  • sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und selbstsicheres Auftreten
  • kunden- und teamorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und offen für kreative Lösungsansätze
  • abgeschlossene Schulbildung (HAK) bzw. Hochschulbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain
  • Berufserfahrung im LEH oder eCommerce von Vorteil
  • sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen und hohes Zahlenverständnis
