Program Manager

Your responsibilities will include

Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project/business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer Work closely with Technology manager and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to growth of the sector specific design-build/SI projects Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements and lead the business case from initiation till scale production Develop stakeholder communication and strong E2E collaboration with stakeholders and leadership Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features and programs Work on programs that are mission critical to the company Engage with projects and working in natural teams to align on phases, cost and objectives to ultimately deliver

Your profile and DNA

Passionate professional who maintain a curiosity to learn strong technical acumen. Can engage in program excellence and have the technical ability to understand customer needs together with the team, support innovative solutions to build a strong value proposition to our customers.

Minimum master degree from a technical university and preferably IPMA certified Strong ‘can do’ mindset and customer focus Min 10 years of experience in a high tech B2B Industry specific in the field of the related sector (Semicon, Smart Mobility or Connectivity) including technical project or program management experience Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations Experience and ability to understand multiple technologies and how they interact for the benefit of customers Strong analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management Willingness to travel ( up to 50% working time ) and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual world
