  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Abwicklung und Steuerung von ERP-Implementierungs- und Stammkundenprojekten (Microsoft Dynamics 365) unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Auftragsklärung und Projektkalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team, sowie Unterstützung in der Pre-Sales-Phase
  • Koordination des Projektteams und erste Ansprechperson für sämtliche Stakeholder, sowohl intern als auch bei den Kund:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleiter:innen auf Kund:innenseite und Führung sowohl der Projektmitarbeiter:innen als auch jener der Kund:innen
  • Aufbereitung von Projektfortschrittsberichten, Budgetentwicklung und Ergebnis-Monitoring sowie deren Präsentation in Entscheidungsgremien
  • Scope-, Risiko- und Konfliktmanagement innerhalb des Projekts
  • Langjährige Projektleitungserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise im Großkunden- und Industriebereich
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hohe Lern- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills, Konfliktfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Moderationsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse eines ERP-Systems, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowhow im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Softwareentwicklungs-Tools von Vorteil (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Technische- und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, Uni)
  • Moderate Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Bei Erfüllung der geforderten Kriterien liegt das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position bei mind. 65.000 Euro auf Vollzeitbasis mit der Möglichkeit auf Überzahlung (bis zu 95.000 Euro).
