Für den Bereich Financial Accounting bieten wir ein Praktikum im Bereich Internal Control System (IKS), insbesondere für Internal Control of Financial Reporting.
In Deinem Praktikum kannst Du Dein Theoriewissen in der Praxis unter Beweis stellen. Werde bereits im Studium Teil unseres Teams, sammle wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen und unterstütze uns bei der Beratung unserer Fachbereiche im Finanz- und Kontrollsystemwesen.
Um diese Herausforderungen, die unser globales Geschäft beeinflussen, im Griff zu haben, braucht es ein hochmotiviertes Team von investigativen Köpfen. Menschen mit einer Leidenschaft für Analysen und der Motivation operativer Lösungen.
Praktikum Financial Accounting & Internal Controlsystem (w/m/d).
Was erwartet Dich?
Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Formulierung und Modellierung von Prozessen und u.a. IT-gestützten Kontrollen im Financial Accounting. Die Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit von Kontrollmaßnahmen und die Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du validierst die relevanten IKS-Daten zu Risiken und Schlüsselkontrollen. Du führst professionelle Prüfungshandlungen sowie die Koordination und Erstellung des IKS-Reportings an die Geschäftsführung und Konzerneinheiten der BMW Group durch. Eine kompetente Beratung und Schulung von Beteiligten sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Datenerfassung in relevanten IT-Anwendungen liegen in Deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du bist Ansprechpartner für sämtliche IKS relevanten Fragestellungen aus den zur Region gehörenden Gesellschaften und Fachbereichen.Was sollst Du mitbringen?
Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Bereich Audit bzw. abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK). Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen / Rechnungslegungs- und Projektmanagementtools sowie SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Eigenständige und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu strukturieren, zu analysieren und anschaulich darzustellen. Begeisterung, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, sich neues Fachwissen anzueignen und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick. Freude an internationaler, teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.Was bieten wir Dir am Campus Salzburg?
