Could you be the full-time Project Supply Chain Leader (f/m/d) in Vienna, Austria we’re looking for?
Your future role
From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Bianca Wrba (Director Supply Chain, Vienna) and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look to you for:
Identifies suppliers requiring capacity check and improvement plans. Launch actions with material planners
Monitor order placement process prior to order entry into the system. Overlooks that clerical tasks for order creation and entry are done on time, including incoterms & customs clearance
Coordinates all internal and external actors of the project to ensure on time placing of the orders
Interface with Production Planning to validate Master Production Schedule feasibility based on procurement plans
Escalade alerts when major issues in serial phase with suppliers requiring support of Commodities
