International Software Commissioning Engineer

We, KNAPP IT Solutions GmbH, are experts in the implementation of software solutions in the logistics and automation sector and are looking for an international commissioning engineer for major projects worldwide.

As an international software commissioning engineer you will travel to our major customers in various parts of the world and commission the warehouse management software SAP EWM.
As a rule, you will be working abroad for between 2 and 8 weeks at a time. You support our customers on site and train them. You are responsible for process optimisation and quality assurance, and you are in constant contact with your team. Of course, we won’t leave you alone with this task: You will receive structured onboarding and a mentor who will support you professionally and help you to find your way in your team. During periods without travel, you will support our customers remotely as well as your colleagues in the project and support teams in Raaba.

You have an IT education. You are communicative, approach people openly and have a self-confident manner. You like to work as independently as possible, but are not afraid to actively ask your colleagues for help when you need it. You keep an overview even in stressful situations. You are not afraid to communicate with us and our international customers in English or German (language level B2).

With us you will become a SAP logistics expert in a wide range of industries worldwide (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food, fashion, etc.). And all this with individual working time models and home office, because your time is valuable With us, your salary depends on your previous professional experience, your skills and your commitment. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is 3,077.00 (IT KV/ST1) gross per month. In addition, you will receive a monthly expense allowance of up to EUR 1,000 net, depending on the amount of travel, as well as other allowances of up to EUR 1,000 gross.
