Your role at RBI: Conduct risk assessments of internal IT services and third party services Validate effectiveness of controls Provide guidance for IT colleagues for the design, implementation and test of IT controls Support the rollout of IT controls across RBI Group Support reporting of IT risks to top management and regulators and ensure reporting quality Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and other governance units (Operational Risk Mgmt, Information & Cyber Security, Internal Control System, etc) Working with line-of-business managers and other stakeholders to determine acceptable levels of residual risk for the company as a whole and for various internal departments and organizations Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits to ensure that appropriate remediation measures have been taken. Drive implementation of the IT risk management framework and the continuous improvement of maturity in all unit across CEE and Austria
Your core competencies: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and banking/consulting, IT audit or comparable Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, etc.) Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration or similar Strong coordination and communication skills Self-driven, independently working and highly team-oriented personality Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution Excellent command of English
Nice to have: Fluent in German is an advantage Cloud technology knowledge
