Job description

- Team management (4 direct reports)
- Motivate the sales team, establish individual and team goals and objectives
- Identify staffing needs
- Recruit the right team members

Marketing, sales and customer service
- Develop and execute marketing and sales activities
- Grow the sales in the Austrian market
- Be flexible in the ever changing environment
- Build up new connections and maintain existing relations with schools and universities
- Be always available to support clients before, during and after their travel
- Ensure a great quality of customer experience 

About you

You are the type of person who owns your ideas and runs with them. When things are stuck, you find creative ways around any obstacles. You have a strong passion for languages, cultures and for connecting the world.

Requirements:
- University Degree 
- Some years of work experience
- Team leadership ability
- A highly energetic and ambitious self-starter attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented focus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
