Dein Beitrag:

Nach einer mit Trainings begleitenden Einarbeitungszeit entwickelst du dich zu unseremSpezialisten bei der Einführung einer neuen, innovativen Softwarelösung für den klinischen Arbeitsplatz (KAS)

Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse bei Kunden, erarbeitest Lösungsarchitekturen und verantwortest deren Umsetzung im System

Als Experte für ein komplexes und in hohem Maße konfigurierbares Produktstellst du sicher, dassdie Kundenanforderungen optimal umgesetzt werden. Du beherrschst die Konfigurationswerkzeuge und wirkst bei der Umsetzung tatkräftig mit

Du behältst den Überblick über die Lösungsarchitektur und berätst inder Entscheidung verschiedener Lösungsmöglichkeiten

Bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen leitest du andere Consultants an und hilfst ihnen, das „Big Picture“ der Gesamtlösung zu verstehen

Du unterstützt bei der Qualitätssicherung der fachlichen Prozesse im System

Du erstellst Trainingsunterlagen, schulst und unterstützt die Anwender während der Inbetriebnahme Phase

Auch nach Projektabschluss betreust du Kunden und setzt Zusatz- und Änderungsanforderungen um

Das bringst Du mit:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Medizininformatik oder du bist Quereinsteiger mit vergleichbaren praktischen Kenntnissen Erfahrung in Konzeption und Projektierung von Krankenhausinformationssystemen, idealerweise auch in Universitätskliniken, wäre von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie Erfahrungen in der Analyse und Modellierung von Datenstrukturen und Geschäftsprozessen Die Fähigkeit und Motivation, komplexe Sachverhalte zu beschreiben und ein Team aus Consultants bei der Umsetzung anzuleiten Praktische Kenntnisse in der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Werkzeuge Ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Anwendern und Management auf Kundenseite Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Reisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von 30-50% der Arbeitszeit vorwiegend in Österreich aber auch in Deutschland und der Schweiz
