We are looking for an IT Support Intern in our Information Technology team to join us on this exciting journey
Your missionAs our IT Support Intern at Prewave, you will…
- Provide general support for our computer users
- Set up hardware and software applications as and when required for new and existing users
- Assist in maintaining our IT framework
- Install and maintain various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches
- Various ongoing tasks such as managing the IT asset inventory, IT processes and so on
- Support the IT Administrator in administration tasks
- Educational or training background in IT administration
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues
- Regular access and willingness to work from our Vienna office
- Keeping up to date with best practices in IT.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- A valid work permit for Austria
- Living in Vienna
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Passionate about IT and a keen interest in IT Security
- Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge in IT / IT Security
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
- An extensive compensation package
