(Vollzeit/Teilzeit)

Aufgabengebiete:

Selbstständige Verantwortung für Aufgabenbereiche innerhalb der Buchhaltung Mitarbeit bei Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlüssen mit eigenständigem Verantwortungsbereich Unterstützung anderer Kolleg:innen im Bereich Tax und Compliance Eigenverantwortliche Weiterverrechnung von Kosten innerhalb des Konzern Kontenpflege und Abstimmungen zwischen Konzerngesellschaften Umsetzung von Konzernvorgaben Erstellung von Managementberichten und Analysen Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Projekten und Einführung neuer Tools Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen Aktive Kommunikation mit lokalen und internationalen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura), Buchhalterprüfung oder Universitätsabschluss in Finanzen/Betriebswirtschaft oder Rechnungswesen wünschenswert Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Strukturierte, gewissenhafte, organisierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Proaktives, flexibles und aufgeschlossenes Herangehen an neue Aufgaben und Projekte Teamfähigkeit und professionelles, freundliches Auftreten Hands-on-Mentalität und Motivation zur Prozessoptimierung Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Konzernsprache) sowie Kenntnisse in EDV-Anwendungen (Excel, Navision, SAP von Vorteil)
