Inside Sales Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Support the sales team in their collaboration with customers and factories including supervision of lead times, preparation of offers, price negotiations and quotations and sales forecasts Control and maintain prices and cooperate with our order management department Prepare, evaluate, and analyze KPI figures (stock, collection ratio, sales, expenses, forecast etc.) Process and follow up sample orders as well as diverse orders depending on the product Coordinate quality claims and complaint management price clarification, supplier evaluation, cross references etc.) Work closely with internal departments like sales, purchasing, product management, finance, tax and legal

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification +2 years of experience in a sales or customer service position Safe command of MS-Office and SAP Well organized and independent working style, good negotiation and communication skills Fluent in German and English
