About the role
The Charlotte Tilbury Digital team currently has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Co-ordinator, supporting the team primarily across UKROW – UK, AU, HK and ROW to be responsible for website operations. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and progress with daily operational, executional, and reporting responsibilities.
As an Ecommerce Coordinator you will
- Partner with the other eCommerce Co-ordinators to maintain the Global and Regional Trade trackers & calendars, ensuring all new launches and promotions are visible to the wider Digital team
- Complete relevant internal briefs for all trade plans as instructed by eCommerce Regional Managers. Following approval and brief creation execute all ecommerce initiatives as per the trade plan. Complete end-to-end testing in a timely manner before launch
- Work cross functionally to facilitate the successful launch of all new products ensuring that product names, SKUs and pricing are delivered to the Ecommerce Trade Team within set deadlines.
- Upload and maintain products using Elastic Path. This will include the creation of products, inputting pricing, merchandising, and testing.
- Update website stock levels and work closely with the Supply Chain Operations team to ensure optimum stock levels are always maintained and any OOS/at risk stock is managed effectively, as well as communicated to wider Digital team.
- Partner with the other Co-ordinators to set up promotions, product bundles, free gifts etc and ensure a strong attention to detail when end-to-end testing. Support on post launch performance review and tracking.
- Manage and optimise the on-site search tool for the UKROW region while partnering with Senior manager where required on Global platform projects.
- Support on sales, product, category, and promotional reporting where required. Analyse data and trends and feedback actionable insights.
- Ideate ways to drive sales on any new launches via cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Feed ideas into marketing presentations to communicate product launch plans and ambition.
- Conduct regular audits of homepage, content, customer care and shipping pages to ensure there are no discrepancies and there is consistent messaging across the site. This includes updating terms & conditions for all departments, stockists and shipping information
- ·Regularly audit product pages and category pages to ensure merchandising is optimal and any discontinued/out of stock product is removed or deprioritised where necessary.
- Be the day-to-day contact for the Customer Service team for on-site inquiries. Following feedback, make any necessary amendments to product merchandising, assortment, copy or imagery online in partnership with relevant teams
Who will you work with
- The role will report into the Senior eCommerce Manager for UKROW but support cross-functionally across key areas of the team
About you
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and be able to continually adapt
- Demonstrate numerical and reporting skills
- Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mind-set
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise e-commerce platforms
- Have excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively across departments and functions
- Experience with an ecommerce platform, Google Analytics, Elastic Path and/or Looker is a plus
