Job Description
Do you want to shape the future of analytics and drive innovation in graph-based data visualization tools? Dynatrace, the industry's most powerful unified observability, security, and business analytics platform, is looking for a Senior Product Experience Designer to join our Explorative Analytics and Platform team. You'll have the exciting opportunity to:
Lead the design of a cutting-edge graph-based analytics app that redefines how users visualize, analyze, and understand dependencies in complex datasets at an unmatched scale.Take charge of the entire user experience and set benchmarks for interaction and usability in a mission-critical application central to our platform's evolution.Collaborate with our Design System and Data Visualization teams, as well as other teams integrating the app into their user narratives, to enhance the overall platform experience.Examine user flows and product requirements holistically, balance system performance with design goals, and be dedicated to delivering a top-notch user experience from start to finish.Qualifications
You have at least 6 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems — not just websites or campaigns. Big bonus if mature in working on Enterprise Software as well. Your strengths and interests lie in UX design, but also in the creation of beautiful interfaces. You have a good eye for visual and communications design and mastering low and high-fidelity prototypes is mediation for you. You integrate user experience and design work on the product in agile working models and closely with development where ideation, future vision, detailed improvements, and emerging tasks often happen at the same time. You have strong communication and presentation skills, to help people understand the rationale behind design proposals and the complex nuances of design problems. You are passionate about building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products throughout the product life cycle while engaging in user testing sessions for your designs and synthesizing feedback to actionable changes. You are an excellent collaborator - adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, and building stronger products as a result. You are fluent in designing for the web as canvas, you should be able to prototype dev-ready interactions and interfaces inside of your favorite set of tools. You keep accessibility top of mind for all your designs and can find ways to make beautiful experiences being usable by everyone. You gathered your first experiences in transforming businesses while iteratively designing for a new platform as well as unifying multiple products would be an assetWhen applying, please provide a link to an online portfolio showing only 1 or 2 complex projects aligned with Dynatrace's products. Showcase the outcomes and explore the challenges or business needs addressed. Describe your role and responsibilities in those projects, emphasizing the strategies and processes used to develop solutions and navigate complexities. We're interested in your experience with digital software products and systems at the enterprise level, including B2B, SaaS, and desktop software projects. Avoid including mobile or B2C project examples.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.-
