Unser Auftraggeber ist ein deutsches, mittelständisches Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen, welches mittlerweile seit über 30 Jahren sehr erfolgreich am Markt etabliert ist, über eine hervorragende Reputation verfügt und sich zwischenzeitlich auch in Österreich erfolgreich etabliert hat.
Im Zuge der Expansion suchen wir für den Standort in Wien einen Recruitment Consultant für die Gewinnung von Mitarbeitern (w/m/d) aus dem gewerblich-technischen oder medizinschen Bereich.
Aufgaben- Als Rekruter (w/m/d) analysieren Sie den lokalen Arbeitsmarkt und stellen durch Ihr Engagement die Besetzung von offenen Positionen sicher
- Von der Identifikation und Öffnung von Rekrutierungswegen über die Bewertung von Bewerbungsunterlagen bis hin zum Führen von Vorstellungs- und Einstellungsgesprächen übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das komplette Bewerbungsmanagement
- Sie betreuen und führen die externen Mitarbeiter/-innen und übernehmen die Einsatzplanung
- Als Ansprechpartner der Kunden erkennen Sie die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse und bauen die Beziehung zum Kunden aus
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (kaufmännisch oder gewerblich);
- Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche, alle gängigen Rekrutierungswege sind Ihnen bestens vertraut;
- Sie begeistern als Netzwerker durch Ihre offene und kommunikative Art und bringen Ihre zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ins Team ein.
