Du bist zielstrebig, analytisch und denkst strategisch? Mit deiner zukunftsorientierten und innovativen Denkweise bist du gleichermaßen eine Bereicherung für unser Team und unsere Kunden? Du lebst Social und kennst die gängigen Social-Media-Kanäle wie Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok und Pinterest wie deine Westentasche, weißt genau, welche Content-Formate auf welchen Plattformen funktionieren, und kannst dich dabei in die jeweilige Zielgruppe der Kunden hineindenken? Du blühst auf, wenn du deine Kolleg:innen unterstützen kannst, Großartiges zu leisten?

Dann wollen wir dich unbedingt kennenlernen. 

Als Social-Media-Manager entwickelst und verantwortest du die Strategie und das Konzept unterschiedlicher Kundenprojekte und betreust große Accounts. Zusätzlich denkst du Social Media holistisch und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Social-Organic- & Social-Paid-Team. 

Deine Spielwiese ist dabei so groß wie deine Leidenschaft Wir unterstützen Kunden aus dem Retailbereich, der Industrie und dem Tourismus. 

Du verantwortest die strategische Kundenentwicklung und -beratung von Accounts & Key-Account im B2C- & B2B-Bereich sowie die Entwicklung von ganzheitlichen Social-Media-Strategien & -Konzepten über alle gängigen Social-Plattformen hinweg. Du hast die Trends immer im Blick, weißt sie gekonnt einzusetzen und kannst sie ins Team weitergeben.  Du bist lösungsorientiert und kannst auch unter Druck arbeiten und die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen. Du liebst die Weitergabe von Know-how und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder inkl. Optimierungsvorschläge bei bestehenden Projekten. Bei dir liegt außerdem die Pitch-Vorbereitung und -Abwicklung. Die interne und externe Projektplanung, Kalkulation, Abrechnung & Forecast runden deinen Alltag ab.

Das hast Du alles drauf

Mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing und mindestens 1 Jahr in einer ähnlichen Funktion. Die Fähigkeit zu Multitasking und ein perfektes Time-Management. Content-Marketing-Know-how, um auch interdisziplinäre Strategien entwickeln zu können. Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.  Du stehst auf selbständiges und produktives Arbeiten und bringst Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit. Projekt-Management-Skills sind für dich selbstverständlich.  Der Status quo ist dir nie gut genug – du bist ständig dabei, Neues zu testen, und hast ein Gespür für Trends.
