Aufgaben
Beratung nationaler und internationaler Konzerne in Österreich Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen ( Finanzen, Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb, Nachhaltigkeit) und IT Abteilungen unserer Kunden Projekt Management von Performance Management & Reporting Projekten als Projektleiter:in, Scrum Master oder Product Owner Analyse von Anforderungen, Design und Umsetzung von Lösungen Beratung und (Weiter-) Entwicklung von BI Architekturen, Data Warehouses und Data Lakes (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Reporting-, Planungs- und Steuerungssysteme unserer Kunden Definition und Umsetzung von Steuerungsmodellen, KPIs, Datenmodellen, Datenstrecken / ETL Integration von Künstlicher Intelligenz und Data Science in die Unternehmenssteuerung Design von Steering Lösungen und Architekturen und Präsentation vor Entscheidungsträgern Definition und Umsetzung von empfängerorientierten Dashboards und Planungs-Applikationen
Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossenes Master Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliches Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Performance Management und Business Intelligence Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Reporting, BI, Planungs- und Analytics Lösungen Erfahrung in Reporting Lösungen wie Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik oder Board Kenntnis von Planungslösungen wie ANAPLAN, Board, IBM Planning Analytics oder SAC for Planning Praxis mit ETL Lösungen wie Alteryx Erfahrungen mit Data Warehouse und Data Lake Lösungen wie SAP BW, MS Azure, GCP oder AWS Stark ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Lösungskreativität

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung für Manager:innen EUR brutto/Jahr (All-In). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir ein entsprechend höheres Entgelt. Weiters können Sie mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
