Reservations Agent

As a Reservation Agent, you and our motivated team ensure the best possible service for our international guests.

 

Your tasks:

correct acceptance of reservations Enthusiasm for dealing with guests and customers on the phone Entry of reservations into the reservation system MARSHA detailed work according to standard specifications safe handling of the common MS Office programs

Your Competencies:

Professional experience at the reception and/or reservation of the upscale hotel industry resilience, well organized and structured Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language Good knowledge of the software OPERA and MS Office MARSHA Knowledge of advantage Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility professional behavior even in stressful situations
