Sales Development Representative UK

As Sales Development Representative you are a key member of our high-performing Sales team and pivotal to our company’s success in the UK By leveraging your lead generation experience and excellent communication and networking skills, you know how to connect with potential clients and develop an interest in our product offering.
Aufgaben- You build a predictable Sales pipeline within the UK retail market.
- You actively approach prospects and educate the market about the power of smec as a retail growth partner – via LinkedIn, email or calls.
- You organize relevant online and face-to-face meeting formats – with key decision makers.
- You develop product stories and connect these stories to demos and proposals.
- You are fully responsible for the maintenance and growth of the company's sales database.
- You contribute ideas, energy and innovation to the team and wider company with a strong desire to execute and exceed your goals consistently.
- You work with and develop commercial collateral with colleagues in marketing, product and client success management.
- You have at least 1+ year of B2B Sales experience in the UK market environment.
- You have a proven, verifiable track record in intelligent prospect hunting with growth results.
- You show advanced prospecting skills (i.e. mailing campaigns, cold calling, content tagging, LinkedIn).
- You are highly self-organized, results-driven and a mature self-starter who understands the essence of working with colleagues and teams.
- You have a proven ability to make strong connections with our target audience and overcome rejections to achieve results.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, writing and listening skills in English – by this you succeed in turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers.
