Our Customer Activation team are looking for someone to join the team and grow with Mars
full-time (38,5 hrs./week), permanent employment contract
location: Vienna, hybrid (option to work up to 50% from home)
Display Deployment Analyst (all genders)
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement branded merchandising furniture and sales tools, together with our customers, sales and field team in Austria.
Rolling out category insights, driving secondary placement and increasing points of interruption, in a sustainable way, drives massive impact in our business. This position will work on our Chocolate and Gum portfolio. We are looking for someone with strong drive for results, standing alone and project management skills as well as someone passionate about our industry & brands and driving strong impact into the markets for us and the retailers. You will work very closely with the Customer Activation Leader and Instore Activation Leader and jointly create the right solutions and execution for the respective customers.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics or similar education. 2-3 years of professional experience in Customer/Trade Marketing, Design or R&D preferably in the FMCG area. Experienced in managing suppliers / merchandisers / customers. A high degree of action orientation and a focus on results. An open-minded personality, and eagerness to learn and develop. Fluent in German and English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Focus on identifying, ordering, and distributing branded merchandise internally and externally in support of product / brand marketing campaigns and tactics Partnering with Marketing & Sales to identify appropriate merchandise, logo, quantity, etc. Procuring required items internally or through external suppliers, managing supplier cost/quality/timing. Coordinating distribution of branded merchandise with external suppliers as part of product packaging, in-store retail displays, conference/congress events, employee gatherings, etc. Put in place new latest high-tech furniture for test & learn with partnering customers.
